Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Mestria for using mestria.com. By creating an account or using Mestria, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Mestria.

Who can use Mestria

If you are 13 or older, you may create your own account. A child under 13 may use Mestria only through an account created by their parent or guardian. If you create an account for a child, you agree to these terms on the child's behalf and are responsible for their use of Mestria.

Your account

• Give an email address you can receive mail at, so you can verify the account and reset your password.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@mestria.com if you think someone else has used your account.

What Mestria is, and is not

Mestria is an AI tutor. It is a study aid and does not replace a school or a teacher. The tutor is an AI system and can make mistakes, so check anything important. We work hard to verify our practice questions, but we do not promise that every question, answer or explanation is free of errors.

We do not guarantee any exam result, score or admission. Score projections are estimates. Mestria is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam or contest organiser.

Using Mestria fairly

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish Mestria's lessons, questions or other content;
• share your account with people outside your household, or use someone else's account;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• use Mestria to send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful.

To keep the tutor available for everyone, we may limit how much an account can use it in a day.

Content

Mestria's lessons, practice questions, software and brand belong to us. You may use them for your own learning, or your child's, and not for any commercial purpose.

What you and your learner type or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide Mestria to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Early access

Mestria is in early access. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before you are charged anything.

Ending your use

You can stop using Mestria at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@mestria.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

Our responsibility to you

Mestria is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mestria after that means you accept the new terms.
